Open-Ready Package · for places about to open

Everything online, ready for opening day.

A new place usually buys its card system, website and Google listing from three different companies that never talk to each other. Here, one person sets up all of it, so it works as one system on the day you open the doors.

What gets set up

One person, the whole system

1

Card system (POS)

I help you choose the system that fits how you serve. You sign with the card company directly, so your money and your merchant account never go through me. I am a referral partner for some of these companies, and I always tell you which.

2

Menu and online ordering

Your menu, prices and options entered in the system, with online ordering for pickup switched on. Orders come straight to you without a delivery app taking a cut, and an "Order ahead" button goes on your website and your Google listing.

3

Website

A "coming soon, now hiring" page this week with a working job application form, because you are hiring now. By opening day it becomes your full site: menu, hours, photos and a way to book parties or events.

4

Google, Apple Maps and Bing

Your Google listing set up with your opening date, so it shows you as "opening soon" before you open. Then hours, menu link and photos correct everywhere people look you up.

5

Web address and email

Your domain registered in your name, so it can never be lost or taken over, with business email set up if you want it.

6

After you open

The first year of hosting and updates is included: email me a change and it is usually live that day. A check-in two weeks after opening to fix anything and add your first photos.

Card-system fees and equipment are billed by that company, not included in the package price.

The timeline

Counted back from your opening date

  1. This week

Your web address, the coming-soon page with the job form, and your Google listing with the opening date.

  2. About four weeks out

Card system chosen and set up, menu entered, online ordering tested.

  3. About one week out

The full website built from your menu and photos, with ordering linked.

  4. Opening day

The full site goes live and your listings are updated.

  5. Two weeks after

A check-in to fix anything and add your first photos.

What you do: choose your card system, approve your menu and prices, and send your logo and any photos you have.

Card systems I set up

CloverSquareToast

The usual choices for a bar or restaurant your size. Already have a system? I set up the one you have. Product names belong to their companies.

Mariella Treleven

Hi, I’m Mariella.

I live in Slinger and build websites for local businesses. You deal with me directly, not a help desk, and I’m happy to meet in person.

Tell me about your place

See your coming-soon page before you pay anything

Send your name, the business and when you open. I build your coming-soon page first, and you see it before you pay anything. I reply within a day, and no one else will contact you.

A phone number or an email is enough. You see your site before you pay anything, and no one else will contact you.

Opening soon?

Tell me your opening date and where you are, and I will show you what your coming-soon page would look like before you decide anything.
